In pursuit of his culinary aspirations, he ventured into various chef schools across different locales, transitioning from the quaint charm of his small village to a bustling city, necessitating a 1.5-hour bus commute each morning. At the tender age of 16, he took a bold step, relocating to a modest apartment near the school. Reflecting on this decision, his mother often shares that, had she foreseen his decision to build a life away from home, she might have hesitated to let him go. 

In the solitude of his new residence, his unwavering dedication was solely directed towards academic pursuits. Renowned for his inclination to embrace every opportunity, he has lived by the mantra of saying yes throughout his life. This affirmative outlook, cultivated from a young age, has served as a guiding principle, propelling him forward and shaping his journey of continual growth and advancement.
