Meet Riikka Mattsson, a dedicated professional with 22 years of experience in the field of early childhood education. In her current role as the Customer Manager in Finland at Dibber, Riikka has played a pivotal role in steering the company towards growth and success.

Riikka's journey with Dibber commenced in 2001 when she was entrusted with the management of a small daycare, marking a pivotal moment as the fourth establishment in the company's portfolio. Progressing through roles as a daycare and area manager, Riikka played an integral part in Dibber's expansion, contributing significantly to the establishment of over 80 new daycare units across Finland.
A defining moment in Riikka's career occurred in the summer of 2020, overseeing a significant project involving the acquisition of 16 new daycares. Despite the challenges of coordinating nearly 1000 children and 150 employees, Riikka and her team successfully navigated the project, leaving an indelible mark on the Dibber's trajectory.

Reflecting on her growth, Riikka attributes much of her success to the guidance and support of several influential mentors who provided opportunities for professional development and encouragement. Part of a dynamic team of four, Riikka relishes the opportunity to contribute her strengths in developing and evaluating various processes.
